Our Trading policy
Clients
As of 31/03/2017 – $55.00 per hour for qualified Electrician. $30.00 for 1st year, $35.00 for 2nd year and $45.00 for 3rd year apprentice
Normal area covered is from Fruitlands to Raes junction and up to Heriot. Alexandra, Cromwell and Clyde by arrangement
Mileage is charged per job @ $ 12.50, $ 25.00 for outside Roxburgh – Millers Flat area or $0.85 per Km.
Call-outs during normal work day’s are charged @ 1 hour minimum.
Call-outs charges are @ 1.5 times hourly rate and minimum 1 hour, outside normal work hrs. Double time after 2 hours. Mileage @ 0.85 per Km.
We commit from October till March (Fruit Season) to having a cell phone with us 24/7 and respond in a timely manner when contacted but can not guarantee we will get the call. If not text us.
Casual Clients (not for new clients)
$60.00 per hour
Call-out is @ 1.0 times hourly rate and minimum 1 hour, during 0800 – 1700 hrs. Outside these times a 1.5 times hourly rate and minimum 1 hours is chargeable. Double time after 2 hrs. Mileage @ 0.85 per Km
No guarantee that we will respond or we will accept any new work.
Terms of trade:All goods remain the property of Turret House Roxburgh Ltd until paid for in full. If account remains unpaid for 3 months from date of invoice it will be forwarded to a collection agency. Recovery costs will be added to any outstanding amount (26 % or $25.00 which ever is the greater) . Recovery of goods and/or any damage resulting from recovery will incur no financial liability to Turret House Roxburgh Ltd or its employees. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all goods not returned within 30 days or in a non re-saleable condition. All invoice’s are issued under The Construction Contracts Act 2002.
